Every agent who joins eXp names a sponsor on the application. That choice is permanent, and it decides which organization you sit under.
Co-sponsorship adds a second relationship. Once your license is live with eXp, you can name a co-sponsor from outside your sponsor's organization: someone who brings training, systems, or support your sponsor doesn't.
That's where I fit. You keep the sponsor you chose and add everything above. Pick based on the support your business needs, not on who happened to introduce you to the company.

Anyone outside your sponsor's seven level revenue share organization. Someone already inside it can't be named.
No. At eXp, your sponsor and your co-sponsor both receive their full share. Agents you bring in later aren't affected either.
