7 Figure Agent Club LLC ("we," "us," or "our") makes the 100 Point Week app (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and what other users can see. It applies to the App only. Our websites and the free resources linked from the App have their own privacy policies. Use of the App is also governed by the App Terms of Use.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Your name, email address, password and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. Passwords are stored only as a one way hash, never in plain text.

Player card (optional). Your profile photo, Instagram handle, brokerage and market.

Activity you log. The activities you record each day, the points they earn, and the closed deals you enter (date, side, sale price, and any address or note you add).

Invites. Your invite code, which agent invited you and how many agents you have invited. When you open an agent's invite link on our website, we record the invite code with a one way hash of your IP address for up to 48 hours, so we can credit that agent if you sign up. We never store the IP address itself.

Safety records. Reports you submit about other users and the users you block.

Technical information. Basic request data our servers need to run the App, such as your device's local date (used to score your day) and standard server logs. We do not collect advertising identifiers or your precise location, and the App contains no third party advertising or tracking code.

2. What Other Users Can See

The 100 Point Week leaderboard is visible to everyone who uses the App. Your player card shows your name, photo, Instagram handle, brokerage, market, level, points, streaks and badges, plus the number of deals you closed this year, their total sales volume and how many agents you have recruited.

Other users never see your email address, phone number or password, or the address, notes or individual sale price of any deal you log.

3. How We Use Your Information

To run the App: scoring your points, streaks, levels and badges and building the leaderboards
To show your player card to other users
To credit the agent who invited you, using the invite link you opened or the code you entered
To keep the community safe, including reviewing reports, removing content and suspending accounts
To contact you about your account and the App by email or, if you gave us your number, by phone
If you check "Send me news, updates and announcements," to email you, or call you if you gave us your number, with news about the App and announcements from 7 Figure Agent Club, which may include events, training, programs and offers for real estate agents
To understand how the App is used and make it better
To comply with legal obligations

You can turn off news and announcements at any time in the App (Profile, then Edit) or with the unsubscribe link in any of those emails. We do not send text messages to App users. Our text message program is opt in only, through the forms on our websites.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only:

With service providers that host and operate the App for us, such as our cloud hosting and database provider and our email provider, who may use it only to provide those services
When required by law, court order or a valid government request
To protect the rights, property or safety of 7 Figure Agent Club, our users or others
As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information

5. Data Security

Information moves between the App and our servers over encrypted connections, and passwords are hashed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Keeping and Deleting Your Information

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the App (Profile, then Delete account). This immediately removes your profile, photo, activity logs and deals from the App. Copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days before they are erased. We may keep records of reports and enforcement actions where needed for safety or legal reasons.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Edit or remove your player card details, phone number and photo at any time in the App
Turn news and announcements on or off at any time
Delete your account in the App
Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor those requests as the law requires and will not discriminate against you for making them.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
