These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and 7 Figure Agent Club LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for the 100 Point Week app (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the App Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use one account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
The App is a public competition, and everyone deserves a fair and respectful game. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not:
Every player card has Report and Block options. Blocking someone removes them from your leaderboards right away and alerts our team. We review every report within 24 hours. When content breaks these rules, we remove it and suspend or permanently ban the user who posted it.
You keep ownership of the photo and other content you add. You give us a worldwide, royalty free license to host, store and display that content as needed to operate the App, including on leaderboards and player cards. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload.
Points, levels, badges and rankings are for motivation and fun. They run on the honor system and have no cash value. If we ever run a contest with prizes, it will have its own official rules. We may correct or remove points or deals that appear inaccurate, and we may reset leaderboards.
Training and resources offered in or linked from the App are for education only. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any level of income, production or results. Your results depend on your own effort, market and circumstances.
The App links to other sites and apps, such as Instagram and our websites. We are not responsible for third party sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error free or secure.
To the fullest extent the law allows, 7 Figure Agent Club LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App. These Terms are between you and 7 Figure Agent Club LLC only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
